Track. Know. Scale.

No promises. Only proof.

One platform for your entire sales: your own measurement, an AI analyst, ad control for Google and Meta, visibility, landing pages, CRM and mailing.

  • Three stages, one data model
  • Our own first-party measurement
  • Measurement gaps shown openly
  • Recommendations with measured impact

  • Modules: in three stages plus a foundation, on one data model
  • Data sources: from Google Ads to Stripe
  • Apps via Connect: from HubSpot to Slack · in Enterprise
  • AI assistants: in Radar, asked again every week

One data model instead of eight truths.

The analytics tool counts differently from the ad account, the CRM does not know where a lead came from, and the cookie banner knows nothing about either. weTrace measures once – and every module works with the same number.

  • Web analytics
  • Heatmaps
  • Cookie banner
  • SEO tool
  • AI visibility
  • Funnel builder
  • CRM
  • Email tool

Everything on one data model – built on our own first-party tracking.

  • One visitor count · bot-filtered
  • One lead source down to the keyword
  • One consent logic per vendor
  • One login passkey or 2FA

Three stages. One data model.

Measure first, then grow, then sell. Every stage builds on the same data – and unlocks with a plan. So you see at a glance what you get.

Understand

How many visitors do you really see – and what do they do?

  • Analytics: Traffic, journeys and conversions in four hubs
  • Signal balance: Measurable, declined, machines – shown openly
  • WYSR: The AI analyst that answers with evidence
  • Dashboards
  • App usage
  • Bot protection

Grow

Where does budget work hardest – and who recommends you?

  • Ads: Measure five ad accounts, control Google Ads and Meta Ads with approval
  • Radar: SEO and visibility in 10 AI assistants
  • Forecast: Forecast and simulator from your own data
  • Performance: Load times and Core Web Vitals
  • Social
  • Competition
  • Brand

Sell

How do visitors become customers – without five more tools?

  • Funnels & landing pages: With A/B tests, AI and your own domain
  • CRM: Every lead with source and behavior
  • Messages: Email campaigns, sequences and segments – SMS from Enterprise
  • Connect (from Enterprise): Automations, webhooks, API and MCP server
  • Forms
  • Bookings
  • SMS (from Enterprise)

Foundation in every plan

  • First-party tracking
  • Consent
  • Data sources
  • Reports & tasks
  • Context
  • Links
  • Security & GDPR

Every stage includes everything from the one before.

What you get.

Every line here follows from a feature – not a promise. What you then know, see or can decide.

Understand

  • You see how much of your traffic was measurable, how many visitors declined (counted anonymously) and how much of it was machines. Conversions from those who declined are projected and marked as a projection. (because Analytics, from Core)
  • You ask in plain language. The result comes first, with the source and, where unambiguous, the period from your workspace. (because WYSR, from Core)

Grow

  • You see cost per lead by campaign and ad. In search campaigns, down to the keyword. ROAS without bot traffic. (because Ads, from Growth)
  • After a recommendation is carried out, weTrace measures again. For ads after about seven days, for Radar every week. (because Ads, from Growth)

Sell

  • Leads arrive in the CRM with their origin and keep it through to the close. (because CRM, from Scale)

Foundation

  • You get concrete actions with a reason and the expected effect. They are carried out after your approval, or by rules you set. (because Reports and tasks, from Core)

weTrace tells you what to do. And measures whether it worked.

Numbers alone change nothing. weTrace continuously evaluates ads, Radar, SEO and tracking and puts concrete recommendations in front of you – with a reason, the expected impact and action after your confirmation. Afterwards weTrace measures whether the recommendation worked.

  1. Detect: weTrace checks ads daily and Radar weekly. Plus SEO, competitors and your measurement.
  2. Recommend: Every recommendation is a card: what to change, why, and the impact to expect.
  3. Act: You approve it, create a task, or for ads have the change run straight in the ad account.
  4. Measure: weTrace checks whether it worked. Ads after about seven days, Radar every week.
  • Sources: Ads
  • Radar
  • SEO
  • Competition
  • Tracking

WYSR. The analyst who knows your numbers.

Ask in plain language – WYSR explains your numbers so they make sense without prior knowledge: result first, technical terms in brackets, with the source and, where it is unambiguous, the period from your workspace’s data. It speaks up in the app when something tips over, sends you and your team (owners, admins, members) an executive briefing every Monday – both switchable off in your profile – and acts only as far as it is set up to.

Answers with evidence

Traffic and conversions, depending on your plan also ads, Radar, funnels and CRM – every data answer with its source and, where unambiguous, the period.

Speaks up on its own

On critical outliers, strong week-on-week changes, silent tracking and data sources that stopped delivering. In the app for you and your team (owners, admins, members), at most once a day per workspace, switchable off in your profile.

Executive briefing

Every Monday morning, the week at a glance.

Knows the calendar

Checks public and school holidays too, once your German state is set – as a coincidence in time, not as proof.

Explains without jargon

Result first, technical terms in brackets. Want more depth? Switch on expert answers for yourself.

Four levels. Clearly limited.

WYSR never acts further than it is set up to. We set the ceiling for the whole workspace together with you, and for yourself you can make WYSR stricter at any time.

  1. Observe: Reads your workspace’s data and gives recommendations – without offering actions.
  2. Suggest: Prepares concrete actions. Nothing is executed yet.
  3. Confirm: Runs a prepared action only after your explicit click.
  4. Limited automatic: Automatic at most for tasks, task status, CRM notes and lead tags – also straight from an answer, internal and reversible. The “Create task” button below an answer creates nothing until you click. Everything else still needs confirmation, the latest actions are listed in the WYSR controls.

Kill switch for the whole workspace. Anything that touches your ad account is off out of the box and takes two clicks.

How you can tell we mean it.

“No promises. Only proof.” is not a claim for us, it is how the software behaves. Four rules that apply everywhere in weTrace:

Every number has a source

Dashboard or AI answer: the data source is always shown, in dashboards also period and filters. What is not backed up is not claimed.

A projection stays a projection

What was observed and what a model estimates never share one number. Estimates come with an interval.

No action without a trace

Whatever weTrace changes in ad accounts, CRM or funnels is logged – with person and time. The four automatic WYSR steps (task, task status, CRM note, lead tag) and tasks created via the “Create task” button can be undone.

Gaps are shown

Declined tracking, bots, silent pages: weTrace shows what is missing instead of smoothing the curve.

Not just measure. Control – in Google Ads and Meta Ads by approval.

weTrace connects spend with real leads, spots where budget burns and puts the right fix in front of you as a recommendation. Only your click puts an action into effect, within your limits. No tab switching, with a log and undo.

  1. Measure: Cost per lead down to campaign, ad and keyword. ROAS without bot traffic, multi-touch with five models.
  2. Detect: Rules across 16 metrics and a daily AI analysis of search terms find what is not working.
  3. Approve: Every fix comes as a card: what, why, with what impact. Only your click puts it into effect.
  4. Execute: weTrace writes straight into Google Ads and Meta Ads – and then measures the effect.

Analysis and keywords

  • Negative keywords excluded in one click, with undo – also via a PIN-protected approval link for your team.
  • Keyword research with AI, add, remove and pause keywords.
  • Meta Conversions API: leads from weTrace funnels (from Scale) sent to Meta server-side – only with marketing consent, deduplicated with the pixel.
  • Competitor ads from the Meta Ad Library and the Google Ads Transparency Center.
  • Impression share lost to rank or budget – and organic × paid side by side.

Control and automation

  • Rules for Google Ads and Meta Ads: pause on weak ROAS or a CPA jump, scale winners, shift budget – as an approval card.
  • Your own rules such as “pause below ROAS X, raise budget above ROAS Y”.
  • Create campaigns: draft, AI review with forecast, created paused, each campaign only after your approval, launched at the scheduled time.
  • Pause and budget for campaigns, ad groups and ads straight from weTrace.

Safety belts built in:

  • Kill switch
  • Budget caps
  • Cooldown between changes
  • Daily limit

Detect first. Then lock out.

Bots inflate reach, depress conversion rates and distort ROAS – and they fill forms with spam. weTrace checks every session across several layers, takes machines out of every metric and, if you want, turns them away.

Automation

Browsers that report being remote-controlled, and typical traces of known automation tools.

IP intelligence

VPN, proxy, data centre, hosting: origins no human has stand out.

Behavior

Clicks, scroll depth, duration and page views: too short, no interaction or no end – usually visible at the end of the session.

Crawler identification

Known crawlers such as GPTBot or Applebot are flagged. weTrace shows AI assistants separately – they are often welcome visitors.

Prevention

  • Bot wall: Redirects detected browser automation in the tracking script. Default: Off. Recommended start: Measure, then Enforce.
  • Form shield: An invisible field plus the session’s bot signal: hits are blocked, submissions that are too fast are flagged as spam.

Your measurement data stays in Germany and Switzerland.

What weTrace measures on your website sits in its own database, just for you, in Germany and Switzerland. The cookie banner is included. Visitors who decline are only counted anonymously. The data is yours. Your own server is available as an add-on.

Consent from one source

Our own cookie banner, cookie scanner and consent statistics – with a bridge to other consent tools. Every gap shows up visibly in the signal balance.

First party, not third-party scripts

Data is collected on your domain and processed in our own infrastructure. Anyone who declines is only counted anonymously – without a profile.

Bot wall and form shield

Automated traffic is detected, filtered from every metric and, if you want, rejected in the tracking script itself.

Passkeys and 2FA

Sign in with a passkey, an authenticator app with backup codes or an email code. Sessions live in HTTPOnly cookies.

Data subject rights

Signed-in users export their data in their profile, everyone else writes to the privacy contact (Art. 15 and 20 GDPR). Accounts and workspaces can be deleted by their owners.

DPA generator

You create and sign the data processing agreement in the app – the countersignature comes straight back.

Where your data lives

Default
Tracking data in a separate database per workspace in Germany; accounts, forms and leads in Switzerland.
On request
Your own server in Germany or Switzerland, just for your workspace – as an add-on.

Six steps to your own measurement.

The setup assistant takes you from the script to your first conversion. You always see how far along you are. Your cookie banner can stay.

  1. Create the script: One key per website, right in the app.
  2. Embed it: One line in the <head>. Guides for Cookiebot, Borlabs and OneTrust included.
  3. Check live events: The first page views show up in real time.
  4. UTM parameters: Assign campaigns before budget flows.
  5. Goals: Set your own goals: form, booking, click on the phone number.
  6. Integrations: Connect ad accounts, CRM and tools.

One platform. Four perspectives.

Everyone works with the same numbers – but each person sees what they need first. In your team (from Growth) you assign Owner, Admin and User – and “read only” for users.
